1. How can I choose my size?

2. When will I receive my order?
The standard estimated time is approximately 5 to 7 business days
3. Do you have an expedited shippingservice?
We use a UPS shipping service with an additional fee, the rates and options will be displayed during the purchase process.
4. Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging. Except for final sale items, used swimwear, and items with defects caused by the customer.
5. Can I make modifications or addresschanges after ordering?
We cannot change or cancel parts of an order placed.
However, if you need to change the address or cancel an entire order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can do so by filling out this form, (*****) or by sending us an email to msmargaritasarmiento.com or to WhatsApp.
Our customer service team will respond within 1 to 2 business days to inform you if we were able to make the change or cancel the order; depending on the status.

6. How do I make the return?
It will be necessary to previously contact our customer service team, filling out the return form (****) or sending an email to
msmargaritasarmiento.com. You will receive a response within the next two
business days from our team, indicating the instructions to make your return
and obtain your refund, subsequently.
7. Who pays for the shipping costs?
The original shipping costs are not refundable.
In case of return for defective products, the shipping costs will also be refunded.

8. How long does my refund take?

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase
