Warranty:

Refund Method: Refunds are processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider but are generally completed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of returning defective items, the shipping cost will also be refunded.

Margarita Sarmiento reserves the right to accept returned items that have been used, soiled, washed, or altered in any way. If the item is not in good condition and the customer did not report any problems upon receipt, the item will not be accepted or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Shipping will cost $13.00 which will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be notified if they prefer to reject and not receive the returned item so as not to incur this additional charge.

Refunds apply only to purchases made directly on our website www.margaritasarmiento.com. All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method.

“Warranty for defective items”, up to 7 days after Margarita Sarmiento receives the product.

“Inventory not available”, up to 7 days after the order is placed. But the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
