Shipping Rates and DeliveryTimes for Domestic Shipping:

  • Cost and Delivery Time: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.00.
  • For orders below $200.00, a shipping fee will apply depending on the state.
  • The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-7 business days.
  • All orders with a physical address will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx.
  • We offer UPS expedited shipping service for an additional cost. Rates and options will be displayed during checkout. This service does not apply to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses, these will be shipped only via UPS and transit
    time may take longer. You can see more accurate times at checkout.
  • These services cannot be requested or paid for after placing the order.

Return Policy:

  • Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original
    packaging.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of returning defective items, the shipping cost will also be refunded.

Margarita Sarmiento reserves the right to accept returned items that have been used, soiled, washed, or altered in any way. If the item is not in good condition and the customer did not report any problems upon receipt, the item will not be accepted or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Shipping will cost $13.00 which will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be notified if they prefer to reject and not receive the returned item so as not to incur this additional charge.

Refund Policy:

“Warranty for defective items”, up to 7 days after Margarita Sarmiento receives the product.

“Inventory not available”, up to 7 days after the order is placed. But the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

“Incomplete order sent” up to 7 days after the customer informed us of the problem.
